Executive Committee is elected each year by member representatives at the Annual General Meeting. Included in the Executive Committee are two officer posts. These are the Chairman and the Financial Officer who are elected by the Executive Committee from amongst their number immediately after the AGM.

The representative from Strate is ex officio a member of the Executive Committee. Other member representatives may be co-opted to the Executive Committee, at the discretion of the Executive Committee.

Only the elected representatives have the power to vote at Executive Committee meetings.
